MAX VIDEO

Terms & acceptable use

Last updated: February 2026

1. Your content and likeness rights

You may only upload or animate a real person's face or voice if you own the material or have that person's explicit permission. Every character upload requires you to confirm this. We store that confirmation with the character. Generated (fictional) characters are fine.

2. Prohibited content

You must not create: sexual or sexually suggestive content; any content depicting minors; content that impersonates a real person without their permission; political deepfakes or election-related misinformation; harassment, defamation or fraud; content intended to deceive viewers into believing a synthetic performance is real footage of a real person.

3. Credits and refunds

Renders cost credits, shown as an estimate before you generate. If a job fails on our side or at the provider, the credits are refunded automatically. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your exports

You own the videos you export, subject to the rights of any people depicted and the terms of the underlying AI providers. Free-tier exports may carry a small 'Made with Max Video' watermark; paid credits remove it.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts and revoke API keys that break these rules. Shared content can be reported to us and will be reviewed.

6. Service

Max Video is provided as-is. AI output can be imperfect; always review before publishing. We may change engines, prices and features with notice in the app.

To report content, email the site owner or use the report option on shared pages.
